I hope Steve and Joel will guide us on section 6 negotiations.
I aplogized to Joel for bashing him on this board after he got me out of a disciplinary hearing and his response? "Let's go get a cup of coffee, I'll buy."
As for Steve, he may march to his own beat, but he also wants to makes this a better place to work.
