You see...this is what happens when you elect people that smoked too much dope in the seventies into office. I didn't like him as a comedian, I can't stand him as a left-wing liberal. Stupid-is as stupid-does......

Doesn't JetBlue rely heavily on laptop computers and have approval to use them during flight?

Why yes. The laptops are required equipment. They must be used on the ground before departure. They must be referenced in flight before landing. They are supplemental for manual reference in flight. They are primary for airport-specific information in flight. All this approved by the FAA.

You should send Al an e-mail from work with this information.

It would be a waste of time. He's interested in scoring political points, not fixing problems. He equated texting while driving with looking at a laptop in cruise. That tells you everything you need to know about his depth of understanding.

So, I'm guessing FedEx and UPS (MD-11) can no longer calculate their takeoff data, either. Way to go, Al.

At Kalitta, everything is computer based, we are paperless except enroute charts, and all performance is computer based, books for backup.

These are the type of people who are at the controls of our Government.....Clueless Dumbfvcks that don't know what they are doing or what they are talking about.

Someone email this tree hugging Fvckstick and tell that we save millions of sheets of paper a year by having laptops in the flightdeck.

These Dems are like children....I swear!

Yep, leave it up to a government official to extrapolate an entire trend from a single data point.

Thousands of flights operate everyday without incident, one happens to pass their intended airport and now we need to change the world. What a freakin' joke.
