SWA hasn't submitted a binding bid yet.
RAH has bid, and FAPA and RAH are in negotiations surrounding the RAH demands associated with their bid.
Anything else is pure speculation.
Until the auction is over, if there even is an auction, FAPA is circling the wagons and planning for the myriad of outcomes that are possible.
