I have a better idea. Why don't we shut down the CMH op center and vastly expand Okatie and keep THAT culture rather than go back to the CMH us vs. them. Any takers?

In a roundabout way, GSD, I just said that!!!!

I would have ZERO complaints about coming there a few times a year for training. I love that part of the country.

Personally, I don't care where headquarters is. All I care about is that we sell sell some airplanes and get our hourly occupied times up. I have to send 3 kids to college in 13 years!!!

I'm for taken the best, if its mostly CMH great, if Okatie has it then so be it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The fundamental difference between CMH and Okatie: CMH is Netjets Services and are a service vendor to NJA while Okatie ops people are NJI employees. That creates accountability down south while there is very little in Buckeye town.

Wasn't a Best Practices project launched recently in CMH to take the best from both and make that the new operating procedure? That sounds like a logical thing to do. Maybe the idea will appeal to the new CEO.
