my guess is a max of 10 pull it but i dont really think any will.

The real question is will it prevent large numbers of displacements on the N side with the 747-200 parking? I hear many of the PRIPS are 320A so there still may be considerable displacements with the 320 being the "accumulator" in the system.

Also with Bid Period 5 approaching, going to DAL work rules will increase staffing considerably on DAL-N fleets. I agree the A-320 might have the most takers. Senior Green Bookers with no lump sum excess payout at age 60.

between bid period 5 and the pirps we should see minimal effects from the frieghter pull back. of course right after that we'll have a joint bid which will set off all the fireworks ;)

Agree, not more than 10 will pull out. The last few guys I flew with who took the PIRP already have one foot out the door.

I agree, most of these guys have been just waiting for a reason. They are more than ready to hang it up from what i've been seeing and hearing.

The real poll should be, "How many take it, don't tell their wives, and continue to leave the house in uniform every week!" :-O Are there any real men left out there?
