Sukhoi = Russia (and actually this aircraft is/was partially designed by Boeing, Boeing has a stake in this jet also FWIW)

In 1992, 90 percent of the components for Boeing aircraft were built in the US. By 2001 more than 50 percent of Boeing components were imported. This is the future. Interesting implications, huh?
