If they get all of NWA FA's that voted in AFA and the percentage of Delta FA's who voted for AFA then the majority vote would be to unionize.

This suit is a bigger issue than most people think. Just look what might happen:
The possibilities of Mergers between companies in the near future, the NMB's decisions and actions, the loss of 30 years of collective bargaining rights, the list can go on and on.

So no, I don't thinks its a no win situation, its a HAVE TO WIN situation.

Why would anyone want arbitrators to determine there futures!
 
I hope I didn't mis understand your quote. But the news article reflected what happened to the NWA/DELTA Pilots. As you can see thats why my post makes more sense. Hopefully those FA's at both NWA/Delta learn something from this outcome.

So, are you for them getting a union or against them getting a union? You know...seeing how both pilot groups were represented by a union and your funny quote. :D
