Something Doesn't Add Up.

Most SIU grads are down to earth good guys.
Just like every University with a flight school, there are a few guys who stand out like these two.
As for his TT. It's a bit odd how he has all this time now, considering he was only with Eagle for about 2 years, flew in the ME for a couple of months.

Different thread:
I do have about 2800 hours in the EMB 145, and 250 in the Legacy so I do have some experience.

2800 / 2yrs at AE?!?
(reserve + line + duty limits)

...now its 1800?

I flew 1800 with Eagle. I was a flight instructor for four years and racked up 2500 hours there. Flew a Citation 2 for about 200 hours. Flew about 200 hours in the mid east.

Not trying to expose you as some kind of fraud, but now that the can has been opened, it does seem like your hours in type fluctuate.

Very good you caught my mistype, guess my fat fingers pressed the two instead of the one they need to make the Blackberrys numebers bigger, thanks for straightening me out.
I should probably go through my logbooks and break down my times to the exact amount, right down to the tenths for you guys!
My Legacy time is somewhere between 200 and 250 hours. It is the same type as the 145 so I have it all logged the same.

Ain't buying it.
You went back and edited that post where you said you had 2800 hours in the ERJ. So you reread what you had typed and corrected something or added something you forgot to add. But in the end, you edited it

...not catching that you had added an extra 1,000 hours to your actual flight time.

So reserve life is so bad at AE, that you've become overly bored to dream up this second life of yours. Where you're a highly paid coorperate GV pilot of the suburbs of Chicago.

To put an end to the back'n'forth, I instructed at the same school with siu, stand up guy, and can't imagine him making this stuff up about the G-550.

Like he says, not always about what but who you know. If siucav is with a particular company that I'm thinking of, it is through an SIU alumn/SIU CFI. Might be wrong, but doubt it.

So put down your calculators and let the guy have his dream job. Flying a G-550 with his flight experience? Yeah, he needs to know the right people at the right place. And guess what, he does. How'bout them apples.

Oh, now his girlfriend is coming to stick up for him.

Same here. And I came back with nothing. Weak... Must go practice counter punch more.
