There must be a spider on the ceiling. Funny how he didn't mention seat pitch and surly airport and airline employees being partially responsible.

Neat! Love how he sticks it to the FAA for doing precisely nothing about creating a modern ATC system, despite the fact that the money generated from taxes and fees levied EXPRESSLY FOR THIS PURPOSE has been thoroughly wasted.

Other funny stuff:

Q: LONG/SHORT?

Unions - Short
McCain - Long
Obama - Short.
Oil - Short
US dollar - Long
NYC airports - Long (but I don't think he meant it - he kinda cringed when he said it)
British Airlines - Short

Interesting commentary on foreign ownership. Basically, he thinks (as I understand it) the ownership rules are essentially moot. All the capital funding US Airlines debt is European anyway; 1/2 the fleet is made and financed by Airbus . . .sounds like foreign ownership/partnership is already a fact of life.

You guys ought to really call this guy "The NEW Delta CEO".

Him, and most of his crew are either NWA, or long time NWA/short time DAL.

What happened was nothing less than the hijacking of Delta airlines by NWA.

Ouchie...normally, I'd come up with some clever metaphor about how much that would suck, but that pretty much says it all.

As long as he/they are competent, I don't care if they come from Toy R Us.

Until there's more pavement to land on, I doubt that a "more efficient" ATC system will help. I think the special interests are trying to sell something....

Won't look like much of a hijacking by NWA when all the 747's, 757's, and 330's are in ATL painted in Delta colors.

But wait, we might give SEA some 767ERs and MSP some MD90s. There you go, I call that a fair trade..... Everybody needs to relax....

It's just paint. Absolutely no difference from when Texas International bought Continental, Peoples' Express, New York Air and Frontier(I) and painted them all in Continental colors. Call it Continental, but it was still Texas Air's management.

Something like 8 out of the 10 top management positions are held by NWA veterans.

Take a bow to the new revolution...the beatings will commence shortly.
