How are your bid periods defined throughout the year and what is the guaranteed minimum days off each month on reserve?

Thank you

Bid periods are by the calendar month, so there are 12 a year.

On reserve, there are 12 days off per month - in a 30 day month. In a 31 day month, you get 13 off per month. Reserve guarantee is 70 hours.

All bid period have 30 - 31 days.

For example, January is 1 -30.
February is 31 Jan - 1 Mar.

March is 2 - 31.

The rest are all calendar months

Sorry - my response was for Delta - I thought you were asking what the combined company would be like. Also Helos2Galaxy was correct on the bid periods Feb.

Thanks for the responses, and now I have one more question. Someone just explained to me that NWA does the same with the 30- and 31-day adjusting, but the months change from year-to-year. For example: one year January could be Dec31-Jan29 then the next year January could be Jan01-Jan30.

Are Delta's defined months the same every year?
