Is that what you were asking for?
So, asking for a link to something that someone claims is public information but no one has heard about is childish? Provide the link or move on.
Had no clue what you meant, I only understand English, German, Latin, and some ancient Greek, but no jive. I can not post a link to what happened in court but I can post the order issued by the court and tell you what prompted the order. There were three potential bidders that were in active negotiations. One never submited a bid due to the bizarre conditions placed on the auction by the remaining managers at Eos. To get into their selfishness is an entirely different matter. The other bidder submited a bid but placed the condition on it that they would not be interested in being limited to paying these managers the ransome they were demanding.
The third bidder, which I presume is your employer was actvely in negotiations with Eos, to determine the status of their 180 ETOPS application. We can only assume they are interested in new destinations beginning with H and ending with I. Either the status of the application or the complexity of bids across varying parameters prompted them to withdraw from the game, as stated. Due to all of the above the judge issued the following order and restructured the bid timeline.
