No doubt it will be like the other Falcons and out perform the Legacy;)!

Seriously, Falcon needs to come up with a replacement for the 50ex.

I'd much rather see a 7X defivative with a 900 length cabin and two engines. 7X systems and a 4000-4500 nm range.

The decision made propulsion history as it was the first time the French airframer had chosen UK-based Rolls-Royce to supply the power for one of its business jets.
Dassault’s selection of the Rolls-Royce RB282 marked the launch of a new range of two-shaft engines spanning the 6,000- to 30,000-pound-thrust range, aimed at “business jets and single-aisle commercial aircraft.”
For “confidentiality and competitive reasons,” Rolls-Royce is not revealing details of its all-new RB282. However, it appears certain that the new engine will feature technology from the Vision 10 advanced development program, which will include a forward-swept fan and an all-new core. This is a 10,000 lb thrust engine. I would expect
MGTOW of about 53-55,000 lbs. Range 4000-4500 nm. This is the super midsize market.

This sounds closer to a large cabin acft.

The CL-300 is a 3100nm, 37,500lbs MTOW, 6500lbs thrust acft. That is super-midsize.

The CL-60 (604) is a 4100nm, 47,600lbs MTOW, 8730lbs thrust acft. This is closer to what your saying so it would be a large cabin acft.

The rumors are it's a .95 mach airplane. Dassault is tired of the Citation X. They proved the technology with the 7X, and FWB has tighter margins for mach buffet so the mmo can be closer to the transonic mach number. Supposed to be a .90 cruise airplane...

Just saw it in my initial @ FSI.

Man the Falcons are overbuilt.

I saw a video of a 20 doing steep turns at m.95. falcons are tanks!

The Legacy (or any Embraer jet for that matter) abuses the Falcon like the ghetto. I've NEVER flown a more overrated and uncomfortable airplane in my life. I have to see a chiropractor after every 50 trip. Gah.

Besides, shouldn't you be worried about going to 300 Recurrent? I hope you have a fresh resume' on hand. ;)

Hey, EMB will do .92M but it is a useless capability, just as useless as the Falcon's is if it exceeds .86M.

And the Legacy is faster than the ERJ (which is hardly a POS). Mach .80 which is more than enough.

A great jet. Try it. You'll like it.

I'll never lower myself and go to a regional again, I have to much respect for myself.
I'd rather go sell used cars, you know, something more respectable.

The ERJ is one thing but there are *PLENTY* of Legacy operators that could afford you. The airplane might be pretty far ABOVE your dignity though, especially in view of what's listed in your "stats." ;)

wow ive never seen someone so obsessed with a particular type of aircraft before. take it easy its not the super bowl here.
 
He's the worst I've ever seen, pretty pathetic.

His meltdowns surely caught the eyes of his employer, hence the death of his other threads, or at least slowdown of his rantings.
 
I swear, its like I'm hearing an annoying 13 year old at best buy argue why xbox is better than playstation. no one cares but you!
