The latest upgrade award the most Jr award went to someone who has been here 3yrs 1mo and was awarded the BE400. Take it for what its worth, and good luck to all who are trying to get hired here.

thats kinda old info.....no bids for the 400 in a LONG time.....

hired today and nothing changes, lokking at about 7 years min.....

Hopefully this is the award that they were waiting for and they will start making job offer calls now.

Your problably right. Heres the breakdown for FO slots that came out with the award. Dont have the # of slots but the different a/c are the 560, 560ep, 560xl, 680, 750, da2000, and g200

Never... EVER take a job based on when you upgrade. I've said this time and time again; "Big Picture" people.

Chasing the left is the fastest way to the unemployment line... which by the way puts you back in the right seat.

yeah....like i said...7 years at least.....if you were hired today.

Have you taken into account the training efficiencies of the new training campus and the wait list we have for Owners?

I'd say that when one improves the other will too.

How is that possible??? I've been here 3 years, 1 month. This person you are talking about probably was in my basic indoc class, and I'm still 20 numbers away.

Are you sure about his date of hire??? I'm not trying to discredit you, maybe you heard wrong....

Junior upgrade @ about # 1850 out of 2800 pilots means
66% Captains.

There will have to be 4200 pilots on the property before # 2800 is in top 66% and upgrades... 1400 more than now.

Thats about a 50% increase in the size of the pilot force, the US fleet, and 50% growth of the company from today.

Based on those #'s it looks like 4 years at the very least. I figured at least 5 years when I was hired here last October.
