I'm simply not that interested in trying to find it. You're the one with the burden of proof, not me. If you want to prove that ALPA did something improper, then present the evidence.

I'm not in the business of doing the work of the lazy. You can choose to believe court testimony or you can choose to not believe it. Either way it stands up in court.

Again a simple search will provide you with the "evidence" you requested. And once again, gather your facts and you'll have alot more credibility on the subject and you won't continue to look such the fool.

Odd how you don't see alpo needing defending yet that's all you do on here. And those informed readers you speak of, they are the ones who actually take the time to read court testimony in order to have all the facts before blindly giving their devotion to any cause. Such fools for doing so haha.

The USAPA guys simply took advantage of the current situation.

The USAIR guys have been hammered and pounded for years. Understandably they were quite frustrated. The USAPA guys simply took hold of a simple human dynamic: Change only occurs when the pain of the status quo is perceived to be greater than the change.

ALPA is a pilots redheaded step child. Never liked but always around to beat up. The gov't and our companies don't care. And they won't give a pilot 2 sec of time. ALPA at least has to pretend to care... therefore ALPA will listen to pilots complain. But it wasn't enough for the USAIR guys... they had enough of mergers, bad management, 9/11, BK..etc... The only one around to beat up was ALPA... and when ALPA didn't make it all better they went in house...

Don't confuse that with unity...
