Did you mean halfway? Because the "f", "spacebar" and "w" on a standard keyboard are nowhere near each other, so I know it was not an error.

No, I was referring to the town in Missouri and I forgot to capitalize the two words. My bad.

BTW, "space bar" is two separate words, not one complete one. Anything else?

Space bar and spacebar are both acceptable ways of spelling space bar/spacebar. Get with the times, Gramps.

Actually, no they're not. Wikipedia is a website that can be updated by anyone with half of a brain. It is not an official source for anything legal.

Webster's defines "space bar" as

Space Bar

Noun

1. The bar-shaped typewriter key that introduces spaces when used.

The word "spacebar" is brought about by urban usage only, and not a legal word. Try using it in legal terms or in an upper level essay. Kind of like "half way".
