MESA is not going away.

...hopefully not too soon. I want it dragged out as long and as painfully as possible.

6 months would be perfect!

24 hours would be perfect! make those GO! faggots buy their own tickets home. No carrier should ever let a mesa pilot jumpseat

You guys are hilarious!

MESA will cease ops sooner than we think. The board knows that the Aloha lawsuit will be the last straw and will shut down faster than expected, to preserve their available cash.
I thought they would last a year, now I think it is only a matter of months.

Leave now, before ALPA sugar coats another debacle.
(not ALPA bashing, but how many ALPA carriers went TU in the last week?)

How many non ALPA carriers went TU in the last week? Its not ALPA's fault that management, oil, and the economy run airlines out of business.

Very nice. I don't know why this stuff is tolerated.

You guys saying that MESA is going out of business and wishing ill on the pilot group are nothing but ******************************s. Those saying the ERJ lost its contract with DL are also ******************************s. The schedules for next bid are already being built...and guess what?? The Freedom ERJ is still flying for em. DL does not have a pot to piss in in court. DL is trying to blame our completion factor % based on CXs ordered by Delta and WINTER performance in JFK. Like I said, DL does not have a pot to piss in. I will give JO this, he is a smart guy and his Ego wont let him fail.

Nice try Delta.

I totally agree. You are so correct. We should never have tolerated Mesa pilots in the jumpseat!!

Yea and see what happens when ALPA comes down on your a$$ for denying a fellow ALPAer a JS. What goes around comes around buddy

As much as it pains me to defend Freedumb...

This is the same thing SKW is suing DAL over. Delta orders up some cancels to free up slots for their planes during a flow program...and those cancels are supposed to be paid at the normal fee-for-departure rate and NOT counted against your statistics in the DAL reports (you still take the hit with the DOT). If DAL is indeed counting these pre-adjusted performance stats against F8...DAL just might not have a pot to piss in, so-to-speak. (Annnnnd...cue General Lee to tell me DAL's legal department is God Almighty Himself...)

As far as winter performance at JFK is concerned...if you don't think you can make the required numbers, you shouldn't sign the contract. We all deal with winter ops...and the majority aren't losing contracts.

I swear...if we were to have a nuclear war tonight with the Russians...the only things that would survive would be cockroaches, Keith Richards, and Mesa Air Group.
