Since our former union the IACP was mentioned I posted the link on our internal forum CAL Forums. We have two of the founding fathers of the IACP active on CAL FORUMS so I am sure there will be info on this law firm. My memory tells me not so positive comments about this law firm were stated by our former union the IACP.

Interestingly, I know ALPA has used this law firm at times for some outside legal council. And there was a letter from Prater himself, thanking this law firm on their outstanding work etc etc....it's on the USAPA web site...

The great Capt Prater himself has praised the work of this law firm back when they represented the IACP of which Prater was an officer.

In addition, didn't the current AWA MEC Chair also use this same law firm back when he was leading the charge to get ALPA off the AWA property?

..at least thats the way it was going until the CAL scab talked to those pilots

Ok, I think it's the 2nd letter down. Hand written to Marty Seham, dated May 21, 2000. I believe that's praters signature there?

The East pilots don't care about USAPA's track record or lack there of. West shafted East in the last agreement. Its USAPA or bust for most of the East folk.

Many of the AWA youtube.com videos clearly outline how real the USAPA threat is... for better or worse.

This whole thing could have been avoided had the "first list" taken better care of everyone.
