Are you proud to be a 170 captain that makes less than every single Northwest first officer other than the 150 hired in the last six months? Northwest's payscale is pathetic, yet you still make less than 90 percent of its first officers. Why are you so proud to work at Shuttle America? They are hiring first officers with less than 400 hours of total flight time. It is not that great of an accomplishment.
