You mean the same Bubba Clinton that signed NAFTA and called it one of his greatest accomplishments? Yeah, great for labor and the little guy. Even his Hildabeast disavows that agreement now. Too bad that it's already destroyed thousands upon thousands of jobs. I'd rather have almost any of the current crop of Democratic candidates rather than Bubba.

Don't forget GWB's SUPER NAFTA HIGHWAY!!!

'82 244 with 340,000 on it. I use it to fetch parts for my 57,000-mile Dodge pick-up.

A Volvo driving Marine who lives in MSP and drives red-tails? I thought I was the only one!

Hopefully I will get a chance to meet you- if NW HR would start calling Pinnacle pilots for interviews so I can get on at the real red tail airline, perhaps I will.

You're right, he signed it. How did it get to his desk?

The longer people believe "it's the other party's fault", the longer we'll continue to get screwed by BOTH parties.

WAKE THE F*@K UP! TC

let me start by saying that I will (as always) vote democrat. that being said, believe it or not, protectionism barriers actually hamper economic development, depress ecnomic output/GDP and prevent future creation of higher earning jobs by preventing creative destruction of industry. That is a very simple concept understood by both democrat and republican economist. the fact that polititians on both sides choose to ignore that fact to rouse the masses in order to buy votes and protect their gig is a sad fact of american politics.

Alan Greenspan ( republican economist) ha praised Clinton's economic achievents more than those of any other president ( read his book, or in your case, buy the cliff notes) . Nafta was coming one way or another. You choosing to ignore that fact shows a sad lack of understanding of basic economics, just like you showed a basic lack of understanding on Alpa negotiations and the qualifications oftheir legal help on other previous posts.

Maybe you can educte yourself a bit on politics, unionism and economics before posting.

thats why i'm gonna vote for the Ohio guy with the hotty wife in 08. I figure all these canidates will do an equally sh!tty job. Plus while campaigning they'll say anything to get elected then do the exact opposite while in office or do what whatever big bizz wants anyway. thus if I gotta look at someone for 4 possibly 8 years then it may is well be guy with a wife worth looking at (of course assumes she accompanies him everywhere).

thats my plan and I'm sticking to it.

What's Ron Paul's wife look like? ;) Maybe we could decide the election with a 'pudding-wrestling match' between Kucinich's and Thompson's wives...

Bet Hillary would get all worked up watching THAT contest. ;) TC

P.S.--Now I understand why the Italians have been electing porn stars and drag queens for years. They realize they will get screwed by both sides so they might as well make it interesting.
