Can anyone tell me what the phone interview is like? And also provided one passes that do you get an actual 1 on 1 interview? If so what is the location? How soon does one get an answer after the phone interview? Thanks

Sequence

Seems after you submit the application you will get an email stating to update the flight times (not all are getting this email)

Next is an email inviting you to take a Hogan Assessment test online with about 200 questions.

Then.. A phone call from UA going over your flight times and you're asked a couple of questions.

Then.. Another Hogan Assessment test, this time a proctored test. About 400 questions.

Last is the Human Resource interview which is face to face in Chicago.

Good luck

2 on 1 from what I hear - one HR - one Interview CPT.

Thanks for the info guys. Now I am worried about the 2nd Hogan Assessment test! Is there any way to prepare for that?

Nope. 400 T/F questions mostly, maybe a few Agree/Disagree questions. I took it nearly 4 months ago so I can't remember. No way to prepare.

Good Luck!

I took the first Hogan assessment about a month ago and haven't heard anything yet (positive or negative). Anybody else in the same boat?

"PAN" test?

What is this Performance Assessment Network (PAN) test? Is it like the standard psych tests that look for consistency in your answers or is it more involved than that? Is it all multiple choice requiring answers from a range of strongly agree to strongly disagree or are there some fill in the blank types? Anything aviation related or are they just looking to examine the grey matter of your brain? I've been invited to take the test and don't want to show up unprepared (if it is the type of test that one can actually prepare for!).
