1. Who transfers our bags now, and who has transferred them for the last 7 years?
2. Who handles all customer service before and after the actual flight?
3. Who parks the planes, when they get parked, and who loads and unloads the planes?
4. Who cleans the planes?
5. Who makes the unrealsitic schedules that we endured this summer?
The only thing we do now, is fly the plane, provide inflight service and safety oversight, and provide technical service for the plane. We are only as good as the support, processes, and leadership we receive. The buck stops there!
