for those of you recently hired..

have long were you in the short stack of resume before getting a call?

thanks.

Last I heard was 64/mt thru May 2008. Slight slowdown during the holiday months. Probably continue at a healthy pace after that date.

Especially when we go back to paper bidding. We are short right now with PBS, we will be even shorter with hard lines...it is going to be a fun summer again...

I was told in August that I was on the short list by a CLE chief pilot. I haven't heard anything since. How about you?

Eight months.

I've heard a low as seven and as high as ten.

Anyone knows CAL's future hiring number projections??

It's going to continue to cycle like it has been indefinitely. 64/month from October to May, then 12-32/month June to September. As long as 65 stays away and we continue to grow, it'll be this way for a while.

anyone care to put my resume in the short stack? ;)

seriously, i have zero contacts at CAL. what is the best way to get hired?

The real ONLY way to get hired is to have someone who flies with the company "sponsor" you - if you will...Essentially a guy that goes to bat for you and talks to the ACP directly on your behalf.

5 Days.....from Job Fair to Interview Offer. Well worth the effort!! Internal Rec's and start class on the 27th
