i like PTI as well as around the horn.i'd love to hear kornheiser and wibon debate skybus

as far as the pay it is more like 90k(given the current lines) for the capt and 15 days off. i spoke to the chief pilot, a naval academy grad and F-14 driver, was with us air for 20 years. stand up guy.

are you telling me he is a liar?

fficials said most of the jobs will be for pilots and flight attendants with an average salary of $46,300 plus benefits. Two planes will be based in North Carolina. Airbus is known for having 10 seats on every flight priced at $10 one-way.

Does any of this make any sense to people? Do they litteraly have monkeys working in some sweatshop typing what ever they give them? Did this person who wrote this graduate high school??

90k...your kidding right? 65,000 first year CA pay on the bus with stock options. The state 68.42 an hour with a whole buck for per diem.....

I fly an RJ for 65.00 an hour and 1.65 per diem 75% deadhead pay. I must be making 90 grand a year, wish my W2's reflected it.

Somebody's not telling the truth

...yea...I was on an ATR/then RJ for 67/hr. 1.50 perdiem and some 150% pay on off days. I was lucky to get high 60Ks.

That cheif pilot...

Is a weak person...yes...he needs to pray little harder for forgiveness from above...for all the lies he has been telling from the start. Cant even answer a simple question without looking at others in the management.

Something to think about...lets say .5 cents a flight mile per cost to the airline.....2,000 mile trip...say $100 per seat....you know all does passengers didn't pay $100 a head.....I know they are not selling those high end priced seat as they wanted...who the hell would buy them from them...Go to a real airline with some guarantees for that trip.

Say, they have a mech problem...you will be wating all night for that part....ONLY way they will get you to your destination is, if there is space available on the next flight...sit there for a week and think about it....NICE. No hotel contracts, or spare A/C or crew....there operations is a joke.

They keep telling people...we can be still profitable even if the barrel of oil goes to $110.00. HOW ME THE PAPER ON THAT...and HELLO...92 and going...they are selling all lies.

When the founder of the airline leaves the company...SOMETHING is truly wrong.

Good luck SKYBUST.

who was the founder? when did he leave? it wasn't diffenderfer was it? he was plastered all over the local triad press last week when they announced GSO.

that would actually be a great new budweiser radio commercial, " Mr. skybus wanna be ranger guy..iy"

you loved wearing white shirts, but now your going for olive drab. you're not miltary and you're not there to check the toxic levels of radon at the airport. you're a skybus wanna be ranger guy..

they herd the cattle in there so tight , you're thinking it's D-Day because you're wearing olive drab. mr skybus wanna be ranger guy.

So here's to you, you mr airline pilot. everybody else wears white while you wear olive drab. you can wear the same shirt for a month and no one willl know.
they might confuse you with blackwater, but you're a skybus wanna be ranger guy.

We salute you, mr airline pilot, skybus wanna be ranger guy.
