Jump on our(1108) cape, no seat belt required..

Just looked at Flight Aware.com and saw 120+ EJA aircraft airborne as of 2100(L) EST. CS had 11+ aircraft airborne. Jumping on your cape is appreciated...we have already done that and we know who is making a profit...just remember we have yellow ties and fire at will policy and you don't.

Things could change,No fire at will policy, come on in the water is warm(1108). I know things are good right now,but ya have to think about 5/10 years down the road...

ibt1108.org has a CS section

And Options, only 1. Perhaps our pilots have finally been motivated. ;) Will CS pilots get motivated?

CS proved to be a five star operation. With out a fight or union dues management just pushed the pay scale out to 15yrs and increased our 401k by 100%.

It might be hard to believe, but some people really know how to run a company.

NJ, it must be exhausting. I would just be tired of every positive change being a major battle.

If CS wouldn't have had the bar set so high in the first place, just imagine how great a contract you would have been able to negotiate.

I know what you're thinking and your thanks is appreciated!

LOL....Your welcome..our coat tails are full on CS pilots

kind of funny we havent heard about their raise yet

It will come the day after the NJA IBB Proposal is vote in.....but that's just a co-inky-dink!!!!!!

Bogey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What's your prediction you Kool-aid drinking frac pilot?

BTW...is it true Citation is forcing you guys on your own come 2008?????? Just repeating what I heard at the Service Center in ICT.

Cessna will be following what Ratheon has been trying to do. Get rid of a company that is a lead weight. 5 star may be good service but NJ is a known quantity and with the rich it is all about prestige and ego and timelyness and with our fleet numbers they get all that

LOL!!! That is the funniest thing I have ever heard. We should all thank c/s for saving the industry. I dont even want to think what would of happened it you guys didn't come along and started your captain out at 65k a year with one base in hpn!!! You guys are pioneers. THANK YOU!!

It must be pretty prestiges to fly in the back of an airplane that looks like a New York city cab. I've seen it for my self and have heard owners remark on the condition of NJ aircraft.

It's not about quantity, It's all about quality. We're the country club of fractionals.

Have you guys even made a profit yet? oh I forgot, thank you for making the frac industry so great..LOL

Yes, citation shares will be getting a raise to match the new netjets pay scale. It will happen the day they exchange their yellow ties for the gold ones. If IBB passes then this should take place shortly thereafter. Welcome aboard and Congrats to the CS pilots.

Riiiiiiiiiiight. All our planes are absolutely filthy; that's why we keep signing renewals.

From my owner yesterday:

"Wow, is this a new plane?" he asked as he eyed the interior.

"No, it has nearly 5,000 hours on it, actually. We just put a brand new interior on it to keep it looking sharp."

"Excellent."

Sorry, FRACTRASH; gonna have to only give you a 6 on the troll-o-meter.
