I'd say it's reasonably high, but it won't necessarily be because they're the cheapest labor. It will be because they're available.

However, N. American and Latin American codeshare will be with ATA.

GAL most certainly have a "single carrier" issue if that's the case.
 
Don't see ETOPS, MNPS, and all the Int'l politcal stuff in that list. Good luck doing it in a 320.
 
First of all, you can't get the 787 with round gages. They all come with auto-brakes which can appear complicated if you have no education. Third, You can't taxi at 50 kts or land half-way down the runway in a widebody. So, no it's not likely to happen.
