I spent 4 years at Midwest, Believe me, that grass is not greener. A few shades lighter I'd say. I was lucky enough to upgrade there in a couple of years, what is upgrade time like now 10-15 years?

i'm not comparing the two airlines simply their upgrade times. i'm simply showing a regional airline has just as long of an upgrade as midwest. junior jet captain at eagle is 11/1999 hire, junior CA at midwest is 11/1999 hire.
