One thing is for sure, ASA's battle is every single airlines pilot's battle. We all have the same bought-and-paid-for, utterly corrupt NMB to deal with.

Maybe a lawsuit wouldn't be the worst thing. The last thing the current administration needs right now is another series of blistering front page headlines exposing the corruption the current corporate-profit-based administration has sown.

Their are many pendulums that swing in American economics and politics. Unfortunately the labor/management pendulum has been stuck solidly on the 100% management side for several years.

All pilots need to work together to fix this problem.

ALPA didn't get the ASA pilot group in this situation. An obstinate management team who is trying to break the union did.

If the ASA pilots were to begin a decert effort or something like that against ALPA they would simply be doing their management teams work for them.

Slow it down and take your time. If you went flying off the taxi way at a blistering 2 knots whos nuts would they have in the vice? Safety first, then pax comfort, then on-time remember that! Plus remember when you push back you really need to take your time doing your checklist before taxiing off. You might want to go through it two or three times to make sure you got everything. This will also help those who dont agree with the situation to slow down and get their checklists right also.

Check out NMB.gov- go through the bios of the board and the mediators and see how unabashedly biased the makeup is. Most of them worked as employee labor relations managers at large companies.

No surprise they aren't letting ASA get released.
