I don't think a merger is in the cards, but I could be wrong. Is Colgan or Commutair outsourcing mx on their new dashes? The Feds are buying some for ICE. Maybe that is who's dashes they are fixing?

Piedmont is getting the Dashes painted in TN, but that is probably a coincidence. Maybe PDT is looking for a new heavy check vendor?

Maybe COLGAN is going to Fly their Q's into TN and PSA is going to let all the leased 200's go back to the leasors as Tempe management is not happy with them!

i woudl have to agree a merger isn't in the cards, it doesn't make sense the alg, pdt merger made sense due to routes, aircraft type, and even my gosh they shared the same simulator. anyways the pdt, psa merger doesn't share anything except they psa has to suffer through phl with pdt

They share the same crew rooms.

They share the same crew rooms.

Yea! A merger between PSA/PDT would be scarey! It would be like a Capital One Commerical, all the senior PDT Captains with the viking helments on rushing into CLT Crewroom to pillage the PSA seniority list!

No really, even though it probably won't happen.. It would be kinda of good concept. Trash all the CRJ-200's, take the CRJ-700 with a mix of Q400/300's and we would be running a Horizon type operation (minus there pay however). Take PSA's contract along with our old Dash 8's and trash em'!!!
That wouldn't be a bad Regional Carrier. ;-)
