Just wonding if the 750 PIC is a requirement for multi or just total PIC time. I have plenty of multi SIC but most all of my pic time comes from when i was instructing in singles.

It doesn't say it has to be ME. I read it as 750 hours of total PIC.

REQUIREMENTS
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land)
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
2,000 hours total pilot time
1,500 hours fixed wing multi-engine time
750 hours pilot-in-command time
500 hours turbine time
200 hours within the last 12 months
Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit
Current Passport

Yeah I see it the same way, however when you do their online career profile and you plug in your times under the total pic time it shows up as being Total PIC Multi when you hit the submit button. If that makes any sense.

I was wondering the same thing when I submitted. I just left the number I originally typed. It did not come up in the interview.

I know its listed on the minimums...but is holding an ATP certificate a hard requirement if you meet all of the other minimums?

Is 3-4K TT still the competitive mins for CitationShares? I've met several CS guys on the road, and I've heard nothing but good things about the company.

3-4k sounds about right. Persistence is one of the best ways to be competitive.

A year ago that might have been true but I would say 90 percent of the recent hires I talk to had no inside connection. Just an online application

The promise onething but deliver the total opposite. Nobody will tell the truth because everyone is scared. they have no union so its fire at will and they do fire at will.

You always have guys who will hate it. A lot of people are leaving but they are all leaving for either a cushy 91 corporate gig, SWA, Fedex, UPS or they are being recalled back to the majors.

I left myself KID. Along with about 4 or 5 others-thats in the same week. As for those that care to know why its because the company will promise one thing and they will do something that is totaly diff. their response is always the same if you don't like it leave. I have seen people screw up things so bad that you would think they should be fired on the spot but instead they are promoted. I have seen guys stay for years and years and give nothing but the best service get left behind. (no i was not one of them) for those that think the merrit based system is dead think again. no overtime=late upgrade, don't drink the company koolaid=late upgrade, mgt doesnt like you=late upgrade. As for my reasons why I left they are pretty simple. no dispatch, no pilot friendly mgt. and too much of the you dont like it then leave. crew rot at the fbo, min rest overnite evry single nite. The company will try to push you as much as they can and as long as you get the job done no problem, but if screw up watch out. There are alot of senior people that are getting ready leave, i get calls everyday asking for letters of recomendations. The bottom line is toooooo many people are afraid to say anything online or at the fbo. you don't have to beleive me since i don't care now that i am gone.
It was a great place to be 2-4 years ago but now times have change and in my opinion they are not much better than a regional. Before i left nehires were telling me that when they interviewd they were told that it was a 7/7 schedule, but when they showed up mgt all of a sudden decided that it changed to an 8/6 if this is the company you want to work for be my guest.
