Legend has it that bubba once had a duel engine failure right after rotation coming out of DCA and he still completed the flight to CRW holding barber poll till three out. AND he beat ASA back so that he could get on his flight to Atlanta. The next captain was ticked off because he didn't write it up. LONG LIVE BUBBA!!!

I wonder why the engines had a duel. Did one offend the other's honor?

Oh! You meant "dual." Never mind.

You smoke crack all the time, or only when ya post on FI.Com...?

What the hell does the above post mean?
Some kind of inside joke, or just babble?

Bubba lives on to fly more days than he wants.... He tried to call and complain about June's schedule and the company did not listen. The alternative..... continue to fly 850/250 and make it home to dummyville GA.

Nice. You must be a product of the "Public School" system.

Are we talking Bubba Shanahan of ASA legend or a different Bubba?

... Now go back and capitalize the first letter of your sentence.

While you are at it, provide your definition of "tool box" and justify its specific application in the context of your assertion.

The term "tool" is tossed about these forums quite liberally, but based upon its employment it is apparent that the majority of said tossers are aware only that it is a term of derision and either cannot or do not concern themselves with its actual meaning.

Suupah - get your tounge out of there. It's not healthy...

This is stupid, Bubba is stupid, and if you don't sign the card, you're stupid.

Good answer.

One day, Bubba was being vectored to 10L in PIT. He was at 6000 ft over the threshold to 32 when approach cleared him for the visual 32. He pulled the power, descended (with no GPWS warning) to land at the 1000 ft markers and stopped before 28L.

I heard bubba was delayed out of IAD the other day so he just diverted to legrange (sp) to check on his properties.

i heard he once flew non stop from PQI to IAH, or was that chuck norris i cant remember
