Kind of fun to a travel abroad from the perspective of one of the passengers. Scroll down through the pics. Wow, Air France has some nice seats. Cant wait to see the new Delta lay down seats being installed. Also a solumn moment towards the end of the trip report when a deceased soldiers casket is removed from the a Delta 737 with ground workers, ect all lined up in honor of this precious cargo.

I just came home on 1A on the 747 on airfrance. Their lay flat beds are better than they used to have but they need to pitch a little more. Even with the 10 degree pitch up of the airplane I still slid to the bottom.

This place is getting overrun by airliners.net geeks. Not the same place it was 5 years ago.

Yeah what we need is a little more hair splitting and flame throwing like back then. The only thing that has changed since then is the names of the top three airlines to fly for....give it a couple years, itll switch back. And dont worry this site is in little danger of widespread intelligent industry discussion. As you were.....

I feel like Cartmann in that "South Park" episode where he sees the funniest thing ever and can't find humor in anything ever again.

With as much airline food as that kid ate on that trip I bet he looks like Cartmann.

I can say riding from JFK to CDG on AF SUCKS in coach. The seat pitch is a little tight for an int'l flight and the seats recline to far. Those seats recline far enough that you can see the tiny inflight entertainment screen in front of you with out sliding down a few inches. All in all...my flight was miserable

Was it a 777 or 747?
Just curious.
