How long does it take to hold ONT? Possible for newhire to hold it? How much do you fly on reserve and how long before holding a line, on an average at the most junior base? Thanks in advance.

Sorry...I saw your post last night but I was too tired to type.

1. You may get it as a new hire. If not, technically, after probation, you can bid it. As of right now, I think you could get it right away after probation.

2. I don't know how much you fly on reserve but I heard from a few guys that you don't fly a lot.

3. I have been here 2 years and I can hold a line. I don't really know how long it would be if you got hired now since we have had a huge influx of new hires into ONT already.
