We've been hearing about the pilot shortage at the Feeder/Regional level for a while now, as well as the risk of losing all the experienced pilots from our industry. As the lack of experience is not in the right seat of most major airlines, but in the left of the feeds, the solution is obvious, and brilliant I might add:

Have age 60 Captains at the major airlines continue to fly as Captains at the feeders, where their experience is needed the most! :bomb:

Have no idea. Besides he wasn't one of our illustrious experienced save the industry out of altruism post age 60 Captains...........
