During the big GoJet push, there were 2 TSA pilots fired for standing up to the company. One guys dad wrote abook on the history of the airlines.
They get thier jobs back? I'm being serious. We were talking about them the other day, and no one knew.

I just heard word that they're still not back at TSA.
Let's see. They're standing up for ALPA. They get fired, and ALPA can't even get thier jobs back.
Way to Go!

I just heard that there is a million dollars under a rock down by the beach. I am going to check.

ALPA was able to get both of their jobs back. It took right around a year from the time the were fired till the time they got their jobs back.

Great Corn,
I think that DX was hoping for a different outcome, now that he knows he may not respond to this thread any more.

No, I was actually trying to find out if they got thier jobs back.
I was told via PM that niether of them did, but are sitting on ALPA's pay roll, while they are greiving thier jobs back. This is what "excuse for everything" PCL_128 sent me
Their cases are in grievance and ALPA is paying their full salary in the meantime.
I guess thats what I get for listening to a guy who paid for a 1900 job at GIA.

I thought it was BS that they got booted for standing up in what they believed in.

DX, you are right, it was bs.

They both won their arbitratation, as have numerous other tsa pilots who have been targeted by TSA holdings.

Good to hear, never put anything past TSA management, thanks to them we have hojets.

What the guy said in the PM to you was right while their grievances were in the process of being heard. They have only been back on the job for a few months.

What was the reason why they were fired?
