Do most Regionals have an internal employee board that allows their current pilot pool to view potential hires, prior to a class date? I recently found out that a current operation conducts this practice, and I had a Capt. comment about me. Even though the guy never flew with me and I never had any bad things to say about the guy. And no I am not one of the nuckleheads that the carrier may have hired.

ASA does not list new hires, but I think Airtran does. Two of my contacts over there told me they scan it every month to make sure no Mesa or goatjets guys get into the system. Nice

Also they look for hellonewoman on the list specifically

I know a few also. But they do have a list.
