I won't bore you with details, but I bought a full fare ticket for my wife and I to Paris for a summer vacation on US Air and they treated us like complete trash (along with many other folks). Worst customer service to date! I'd take Delta anyday of the week. Garbage and undetectable is right - for US Air's customer service that is.

I'm sorry you experienced such poor treatment, I have been working with the east side of the operation to try and better things but I just can't be everywhere all the time.

Two things come to mind here, first no one around here is on first yr pay as the east side unfortunatly has furloughs, second we also have contributions to 401K. I guess I should have said three things but why are you worried about it, don't you have a good position on that RJ??

I was thinking fish as well saying "huh"??? Wsurf it's not at all what you think. I am trying to get to 1000 posts and the quickest way is to poke at 737pylt becaues he simply can't resist to respond. DAL was never on my list because of location of bases and ease of commute. UAL was my top choice.

Now in terms of reality things worked out for the best, DAL should emerge a leaner stronger company and we at present are working on expanding the old fashion way.
