Does anyone know if each airline has a preferred resume format and content and if so, what? In particular: FedEx, UPS, CAL, and SWA...thanks in advance!

Good info at the Air Inc seminars. They tell you how airlines score your resume and how to max out the number.

That being said, it is all mostly connections anyway....

A resume is completely superfluous in the CAL process. You can get an interview at the the other 3 with just the online app, afterwards you may need a resume, I don't know.

Don't get me wrong, I'm continually flogging my resume, but in the higher volume recrutiment operations the resume is becoming increasingly scarce.

SWA app. is all on line and they did not ask for a resume during the interview. I did give them one when they came to visit our type class at HPA. If you are going to meet them at a SWA/HPA information session, or at one of the job fairs you will want to have one ready with standard stuff. If you want specifics a good resource is Kathy Write, link to your left.
