Maybe we should stop attacking each other and start working together. Do you really think that the CHQ contract is that much worse than yours? Do you realize that until relatively recently, CHQ was just a tiny Saab operator? Do you expect them to have a Comair/Horizon-style contract within a year of becoming a large operation? Let's work with the CHQ pilots and try to raise the bar rather than attacking them and alienating them from the rest of us.

(The above sentiments don't apply to GoJet scum.)

Beck to the rediculous thread, we should all be working together somehow to change this industry. Constantly bickering wont get us anywhere. Any Ideas how to change the way things are? I for one hope that CHQ gets some huge gains in their next contract and raise the "BAR" so others can follow. Discuss

I hope that we get some well deserved "upgrades" to the next contract. As for compensation.....well after the $hit that Skywest just caved to I'm not sure what they're going to open up with but I can guess its not gonna be that great.

We shall see.......

Its ok, sometimes we all post on FI with a little gin buzz going. Ive done it too. The same sequence happens, you post a little tipsy, then when you wake up the next morning you realize it, and hopefully can edit/delete it because inside you feel a tiny bit ashamed, even though this is only a website and no one will know who you are.

I agree that CHQ needs to get it right next time around. I work there. I expected more than $2000 for the bonus and I just discovered I gotta work 13 days next month. Looks like I gotta call in sick for 2 days next month, while I only get 1.83 days of Paid Days Off per month. How can I get ahead cashing in PDO's faster than I collect them.
