Rates are only part of the equation.................I'm just curious if MAG guys get 100% pay for WX CX, MX CX, lack of equipment CX.........etc? I'm not going to waste my time looking it up. A W-2 comparison is the only real way to know who gets paid better..................not hourly rates alone.

Am I happy with the rates we have now? Not even..............but I'm only one vote.............

The REAL question is - Who's avatar is hotter? ArticFlier or RJAA? I think RJAA is hotter but she looks like a b!tch. Reminds me of a money grubbing Ho. Now ArticFlier - she's also very hot, races cycles/cars, likes the get dirty, and loves the smell of race fuel. The downside here is that she may bail on you for a famous racer that will further her career. Or maybe she's loaded with daddy's $$, and does all the thrill seeking to keep daddy guessing..hmmmnnnnnn???? Either way - One thing is for sure - NEITHER one is, was, or will ever be a flight attendant.

Actually Mesa pilots do not. There's more to your income than hourly wage. You're going to have to do a little more research than going to airlinepilotcentral.com and comparing hourly rates. That's not the whole story. And don't even pretend like QOL at Mesa is better than SkyWest. You need a serious reality check.

ASA does make a better overall compensation. There are plenty more regionals that make better than ASA. So what's your point? Like I said, there's room for improvement at SkyWest, but there's no reason to have this retarded hatred toward them. Do you even read more than two sentences into each forum post? Probably not. So this is the last time I'm replying to one of your ridiculous thoughtless and moronic posts.

Justify however you can the reality is that Skywest pilot group are a bunch of dildo taking pussies, that wont stand up for your rights.

The only reason you have quality of life and some of the few benefits you have is because people like my self and so many others that give 2% of their check to make this a better profession.

Riddle me this Stupid A$$..

Hypothetically if ALPA and all the reputiable unions ( not including Skywest group of BJ specialists that "negotiate" your deal with MGMT) were to go away do you think you would still have the quality of life and supposed compensation ( if you can call $93 that) that you have today?

I know what 95% of the industry thinks. You guys are free loading bunch of bizaches, that need to start paying your way. If you are happy with it cool.

I just want you to know I make more money and have a better quality of life than you do!!

Yeah maybe my airline isn't growing, we are ok with that knowing that we arn't a bunch of undercutting worms. I will be able to go to any airline interview in the future and know that I already work for a reputable airline that is respected throughout the industry.

You guys on the other hand will always have to wonder if the guy's and gal's sitting across the table from you like skywest. My guess is that most will not. Too bad I guess you could make $93 an hour a career. I am glad I don't have to. Gook luck. you will need it.
 
Sorry guys can't fight anymore this weekend. I have to get ready to go to work Mon morning.

This month as in every month I work Mon Tue Wed and have Thur Fri Sat Sun off so I will talk again on Thur.

But I suppose you scabs have better QOL than that. Because Skywest is a Great Great Company!!!

I would never vote in ALPA. They Suck!!! Worked with them before lots of empty promises from the nazi b^tches.

I'm glad the "real" pilots out there are busy working the line, and on their days off doing their best to enjoy what little time they have to themselves in their own bed (or the bed of some lucky lady :))... and NOT crying on a web forum. GET A LIFE! Do what you can to improve your life when you get a chance to. Otherwise, relax! I don't really think cussing screen names out on the internet does the industry any good at all.
