Cape Air is a great company if you don't mind flying your butt off. Flying around the Cape, you can't get better then that. It is very expensive to live on the Cape though...Good place to build some multi time...

12.80 per duty hour for captains no matter how much or little you fly. FO's make somewhere around $7. FO's are needed for high mins captains and when the autopilot is INOP. Initially, you will fly 5 days per week but some lines have only 4. Typical week is 40-50 duty hours. Hot aircraft in summer. 20 25 min legs in a day. I was ex 121, and absolutely hated it. It is not for everyone. Commuting is not really and option, so I hope you like the north east.

The page is up to date. We are hiring first officers in the 402. Building and training pilots to upgrade to Capt/402 before summer '07. Pay rate is going to be different for FO, than previously paid. Not sure on the final # yet.

Capn Sac,

Is Cape Air stiill have a agreement with Delta Connection Academy to get FOs in the 402?
Is the FO pay raise going to be part of a system wide pay raise for all pilots?
