However.... could you be a little more overly dramatic?? Islamofacist?? Imam?? Do you just write down all the big words you see on Fox News in the hopes you can use them somewhere? Your analogy is exceedingly poor at best and irresponsibly misguided at worst. You, sir, are the worst kind of uneducated fool... the kind that fails to realize his intellectual limitations. To compare your union leadership to the islamist movement in the middle east simply shows your lack of education on current affairs.

Actually, there are a lot of similarties. It is politically incorrect to question Islam or ALPA.

BizJet- you are, perhaps, the most critical individual on this forum. The majority, if not all, of your post have a direct attack inbedded in them and contain NO RESPECT whatsoever for anyone that disagrees with you. I see it is far beyond your intellectual capacity to have a respectful disagreement. Funny thing is, you are probably some wormy little fella' that feels as though he wears a Supermans' suit in front of his computer. Have a nice day!

Sounds like we have a problem then. ALPA shouldn't be running our negotiations. Why are we allowing ALPA to run negotiations?

As far as cutting off our funds, they won't do that. The discovery phase of the RJDC lawsuit is just about finished and will be going to trial soon. How would it look if ALPA pulled money from one of the plaintiff groups in a DFR lawsuit?

In addition, ALPA wants Skywest to join. The vote is going to be close. How would it look to the Skywest pilots if ALPA pulled our funding? That would be enough to kill the ALPA drive.

Well, Folks, I think he just came out of hiding with this quote! It proves what we all have suspected all along! It's not the Jackson 4, IT'S THE JACKSON 5!!!!!!!!!!

He has made a mockery of your Union. He is part of the Jackson 5! Are you ready to turn your Union and negotiations over to this disturbed individual? He has been to one LEC 112 meeting in almost 3 years. There has been a empty chair and no voice in that position! He has one friend in the whole world, and she is leading the Coalition, with management's support, to undermine your MEC and the negotiation process.

Your Union is about to be hijacked by the RJDC, yes, she is one of them, too! RJDC's platform is contrary and harmful to those of us who hope to go to the Majors! Your Union dues are having to defend John's lawsuit!

JUST SAY "NO!" to the COALITION! They are Union terrorists and a cell for the RJDC!

And you, Mr. Pious Pundit Poster, are nothing more than the epitome of a bigot and guilty of the same accusations that you make!

There is no Political Correctness in this Python Pit! That rule can be found in the book of "Man Law!"

Speedtape - the RJDC has nothing to do with this. John is an RJDC supporter, like I am, and like several current members of the ASA MEC are. Many people realize that ALPA needs reform (not destruction) R E F O R M. You could just as easily tie in the Christian faith, fondness for Jimmy Buffet music or operation of Ford brand trucks for a common denominator.

You can argue politics, but I would appreciate it if you left the RJDC out of this. The RJDC does not get involved in local politics, the RJDC has big enough fish to fry without the distraction of issues which do not matter in our quest for representation.

As has been written earlier, regardless who our status Reps are I trust they will represent the pilots to the best of their ability using Wilson polling and the other resources available to them.

I think some fresh perspectives might be beneficial, but given the critical juncture we find ourselves in I think experience may be a more important characteristic now. I'm an ardent RJDC supporter, but conflicted about who to vote for, if that tells you anything about the complete lack of involvement the RJDC has in this election.

Sorry, Pal! Your efforts are costing me and the other ALPA pilots dues money by having to defend your lawsuit! Would you agree or disagree? You are in my pocketbook now! YOU, may have good intentions, but your friends do not! I will make it my business, because it is my Union and my money!

Did the RJDC not make a run at taking over the Comair MEC? I am not misinformed on this one! John Breiling, as is his friend, is involved with the RJDC and he is part of the newest Coalition! What do you think his intentions might be? I don't want to chance it when we have a process and good people that have proven track records sacrificing their time and energy to advance the pay and benefits of our pilots. The current MEC has not failed this pilot group, the pilot group has failed the current MEC! We ask them to carry our water, and then cut and run because collectively, we do not have the fortitude to support them or give them the leverage they need.

I have followed your posts over time! I feel that you are rational and make good arguments. I also feel that when it comes to this election, you are struggling to make the right decision, not for me, but for you! I respect your character and intelligence. You may not be involved with John or his agenda, but you cannot separate his position, interests, and agenda from what he is attempting to do. Most have no respect for him because of his actions, not his opinions or beliefs. You should well know what I am talking about because some, in your organization, have tried to distance yourselves from him.

RJDC is politics and can not be left out of the discussion! It cannot be separated or isolated from what the Jackson 5 are trying to do. Unfortunately for you, maybe "your" RJDC, like your ASA ALPA "Union," is being hijacked too! Your choice of who to vote for should be easy if you hold to your principles!

The members of the MEC are Newie, Tom Z., Doug P., and Will F. Which three of these four are RJDC supporters?

I'll bet I look better in my Superman outfit than you do when you dress in drag for the weekend!

That is absolutely the most despicable thing you status quo chest thumpers have posted. To those of you still on the fence, here is how the status quo, hold the line people attack anyone who disagrees with them. Not only do they attack anyone who disagrees with them, but they attack everyone with this serious disease. Alzheimers is not a laughing matter, and this is way out of line.

By now, you should know that at my age I care little what anyone thinks of me.

If you want to be a whiny crybaby and make my comments universal, like the republicans trying to transform Kerry's stupid comment into a description of the whole democratic party, go for it. I speak for no one but me. Oh, by the way, glad that worked out for them, given the outcome of the election.

My link was meant to be a light hearted poke at Lynn, since she can't seem to remember the outcome of her last two turns as a union rep. Not a commentary on Alzheimer's Disease.

Oh, and by the way, my mother and grandmother died of Alzheimers, so spare me the "making fun of alzheimers" argument. I am well aware of the disease, and will probably get it myself since it runs in my family.
