Sorry, but cant tell you when the next classes are. If interviewed this week, you would hear if you made it to phase I in a week, you can expect about 6-8 weeks before you hear if you made it through phase II. I see you have mil aircraft listed under ac flown. If you are straight from the military, then it may only take 4-6 weeks since your last 10 years is all in one neat file. It took me 9 weeks to hear but that was almost 2 years ago and they had to shuffle through 3 companies worth of background. % of pass rate through phase II I would say is in the high 90's. Just be up front with them about everything and dont leave anything off and you should be fine if you make it to phase II. As for the 320, well thats a tough one. I was a 320 FO, now 190 CA and there is about 270 people in front of me that have not upgraded for many reasons. Some are senior to me on the 190, in which the fence comes down in a year and most will bid over to the 320 when they can. Others are senior FO's that want QOL and have not bid it or guys that cant quite hold it yet. Then there are those who do mil stuff on the side and make more money and better time off then if they were to upgrade. So, I am looking at 12-18 months before I can hold the 320 and I am in the mid 900's in the company out of roughly 1700 pilots now. I think we are going to be at 1800 at the end of the year. So, as a new hire, there would be about 900 people between you and me and with the combined upgrade of 190 and 320 captains going at (only a guess based on slowdowns) 10-12 per month (both 320 and 190 combined) I would say you are looking at 7 years or so before you would see the left seat of the bus, and 3-5 years before you see the left seat of the 190 if hired today. That does not count people leaving for recalls or if we speed up again and have a quick recovery. Then, I would guess it would be a year less on both guesses. Who knows though, things always change.
