Trans States should blame their useless union leaders for their downfall..... GoJet didn't steal jobs anymore than any other regional is stealing from mainline. It's as simple as that. This website is more trashy than the 'G'hetto gates at IAD.
Do you know the history for your self or are you trusting the company kool-aid servers?? Gojets ops manual was written by an atr f/o on reserve at TSA, just one of many examples! Another union busting tool of hulas'!!Trans States should blame their useless union leaders for their downfall..... GoJet didn't steal jobs anymore than any other regional is stealing from mainline. Tool. Every RJ flying was given away by mainline scope. Goatjets is operating in violation of the intent of TSA scope. You turds found a loophole. That does not make it the same as a mainline pilot giving away their scope. TSA pilots never gave up scope. Your in violation of TSA scope and you took there growth and upgrades. Period. No more spin.
Allright, enough with trying to blame some pilot group or another for your situation. First off, just because mainline gave it away, doesn't mean that regional pilots should have done it for any less than mainline would have. But it happened and for quick upgrades, flowthroughs and STS. (shiny turboprop syndrome). Sound familiar? Secondly, a great many of the pilots I flew with when I was at the regionals PFT'ed, fastracked or spent close to 100K at some college or flightschool because they wanted a job, wait I mean a "guaranteed interview" with 300 hours. If you did, then you are a whore as well and have put flying jobs in a more percarious position than any pilot group. Management loves you guys more than any other. Recipe pilots who will pay that much for a 19k a year job to start. Brilliant. No wonder you Uberpilots can't think for yourselves. Shut your traps, do your job, mind your own business and don't throw stones when you live in a glass house. For those of you who came up without the shortcuts, you should be as outraged at the pilots who microwaved their career as you are at the Gojet situation. Hypocrites.

What? I dont get what you are saying? I did not go to a pilot puppy mill or pay for a type rating or pay for training for that matter. No microwave career here.
You made no arguement that defended goatjet in your dribble. Rightly so. They cant be defended. They are in violation of TSA scope! TSA pilots never gave there scope away. Period.
It's amazing how this thread digressed from a simple performance question... Should have known it would happen.
we should slaughter all go jet pilots.....and i am from mesa and saying this
Now that right there was funny.why do you say that?? are you pissed because they make more money than you??
You can read, you just are having difficulty comprehending. I am sure you can comprehend, but because you are in a biased mindset, you are reading the post in a defensive and small minded way. Couple that with the fact that you are more concerned about you being perceived as right in a public forum than you are about what actually is right and voila! You don't get it. It would be a waste of time trying to explain it to you. If you will just re-read the original post with no thoughts of it being directed at you, for you, about you, concerning you or how you are regarded in your tiny little world, the light bulb might just move to dim. Or you can stick to your oversimplified, narrow view of what you think the problem is. Kinda like the Nazis. I will give you a hint, because a lot of times small picture people need them. My argument was never intended to defend any specific regional pilot group. Rather, it was a indictment of the regional group as a whole. Of course focusing all anger and blame at a pilot group that has been around for 1 year has to be the reason that the regional industry has sucked from it's infancy. Makes perfect sense and the math adds up too! Hope that is a big enough hint.

I know Dal. Sorry I am guilty of contributing to it. I will try to stick to my 4 basic edicts of how to read a flightinfo thread:
1. Never read a thread that has the statement "This is not flamebait".
2. Never read more than three posts into the thread because after that it is never about the original thread.
3. Never read threads that has the words "I heard from a good friend who is at XYZ airline".
4. Never read a thread that concerns TSA, GJ, MESA or Republic.[/quote
I hear you Beanie. I think I'll do the same.... HOU
