Disregard....I just hung up with our JS coord. and he says it is a mistake. Our CP crew message is inaccurate.

You WOULD THINK that after giving up 47% of our pay and benefits, we would have unlimited jumpseat for EVERYONE. Wrong. We did get plenty of improvements, but not everything.
1.Unlimited jumpseats with: SWA, AA, CAL, NW, Alaska (USAir and UAL Jan 1)
2.CASS jumpseats with everyone who is under CASS
3.Use of Flight Attendant Jumpseat when there are no stews requesting it
4.IF we are on jumpseat listing and miss our duty in due to late flight, we
are excused
DL connection pilots get preference over other CASS members too.
I would also LOVE to have unlimited with other airlines, like Airtran and Jetblue, but the company still holds the cards I guess....
Bye Bye--General Lee

Well you guys can come ride JS at JB anytime too bad it's not reciprocal..
It's not the jumpseat agreement, it was the interline agreement. Get your facts right.
It would have been nice if FP would have checked with the JS coordinator at AirTran and DL before he scared the bejeezes out of everyone tonight.
It's not the jumpseat agreement, it was the interline agreement. Get your facts right. DAL has dropped the "interline" agreement with Airtran. You can no longer buy ID 90/75's on Airtran. Jumpseat is still available.
Explain that to DAL's gate agents.
Want to see Delta jumpseating in action? Just ride a JB flight from BTV on Fridays or Mondays
3) We are not on target for getting CASS approval on Sept 30 (today) because our D.O. only applied to the FAA for CASS approval, and was unaware that other Federal Agencies had to be involved as well. Too bad he refused the assistace offered dhim by the Union at the outset of the application process . . . .
Any idea on a new date for CASS approval and implementation?
Supposedly Oct. 31st...Halloween. How appropriate.
Next question should have been "How many airTran employees fly on Delta flights at reduced rates?"Delta cancels interline agreement with AirTranSeptember 8, 2006
Q&A for Delta employees
Q. With the termination of the ITB agreement, will Delta employees still be eligible for reduced rate travel on AirTran and vice versa?
A. No. As part of the ITB cancellation, our reduced rate travel agreement with AirTran will be terminated. Delta and AirTran could consider reinstating a separate agreement for employee travel in the future but at this time there are no immediate plans to do so.
Q. How many Delta employees fly on AirTran flights at reduced rates?
A. Very few. In May, fewer than 70 ID90 flight segments were used by Delta employees on AirTran flights.
p.s. I'll bet you a Starbucks that we don't see CASS implementation before Thanksgiving.
$1.69 ??!! I must be ordering the wrong thing.I think I'll hang on to my $1.69, thank you very much.
