Aircraft did not flare or maintain direction properly on its own.

Maintenance Solution: Ground check complete. Could not duplicate.

This seems like a good spot for the obligatory "crack in the left seat" remark, doesn't it?

Holy Crap! Hadn't heard about this. My plane is parked really close to where that happened! WoW! I am sure she will pass and be flying at Mesa in no time.

Seriously, at least no one was hurt.

Yeah very true. Those sort of accidents can be nasty for aircraft and people on taxiways and ramps etc.

I wonder at what stage of her training she was at, maybe brand new to flying ??

I cant even imagine a newly minted PPL cocking up that badly. Surely she must have been a brand new student or something.

Anyway, glad no-one was hurt.

Goes to show you that the Bad Mesa Pilots (majority) start from the inbreeding at their mesa schools.

We all remember when the pilot landed at Roanoke so hard, it damaged the plane very badly. Didn't write it up or anything. Why do all the other airlines not have a problem except mesa? Man they suck! Then the next day, that crew flew it then the third crew finally noticed the strech marks---Similar to those on Go-Jet's ego-filled guts.

Commercial checkride prep. She would have been in a 900 in 4 months. Actually, she probably will be...

It could have been worse...she could have taken off on the wrong runway!
Lets see was that a couple of MESA pilots...no...hum who did that????
Do you want to pull up every airline thats made mistakes...prob not.

The best part is someone took the time to put the cover on the wrecked airplane! Hahaha... gotta keep the sun damage out I suppose.

You really took it to a whole different level with that comment. You may want to rethink that post.

You are right. I have rethought my post and it stands.
You may (prob) don't like our CEO, and we may (prob) not have the contract you want us to have (yet), but don't call my fellow pilots bad because of that.
I will not sit here and read this and not lash out. Every pilot out there is able to make mistakes and prob will.

It's fun to rag on Mesa and the chick, but what was the instructor doing? Diddling himself?

Last I read, HE is the PIC. Pretty sure the NTSB will feel that way as well.

Its been fun reading this thread on Mesa Bashing... one of the greatest aviation past times.

But... I gotta call BS on this one. Pretty good photo-shopping job here. I've seen a few crashed up planes in my day and there are a few telltale items that are missing from both pics for this to be real. If anyone has the NTSB report, i'd be glad to retract my statement ;)

Are you kidding?

Those photos look pretty real to me. Too much detail to have been entirely fabricated in Photoshop.

A little paint....some waxing....maybe a screen door or two....

It will be as good as new!!!!!!
