Your best flight

I just got my engine back and they are dynoing it tomorrow. So I have 10 HRS to break it in, they also fly it for 3 HRS. A trip down to the Keys and back should just about do it. I just want to do it right and not scuff any cylinders. Any reading material out there that applies to single engine break-in? I would love to read it..........thanks!
