Didn't he admit he raised the armrest??? That would be enough for me. 12 years dhing and commuting, I have never raised the armrest between me and someone else.

And, I have dozed off plenty of times. I could understand legs accidentally bumping or shoulders....but I have never slept so hard that I curled up and slid my hand under someone. Would just take too much effort to be accidental.

That's just my thoughts...he better hope I'm not on that jury
 
My guess is the prosecutor won't really have much to go on. They'll probably offer some misdemeanor plea bargain and the guy walks. Guilty or not, he's already been convicted in the media and on this board.
