One of the online questions for the XJT application talks about establishing a living arrangement 2 hours from your base while on call and about relocating until you have a line...

Are they saying that a crashpad is okay (commuting) while on reserve? They don't require you to move to your base do they?

Also, does the online application end after you attach your resume??? There is a checklist that shows which steps were completed I never got to the "previous jobs, education and more questions and answers" I'm assuming that the resume is sufficient, but just wanted to be sure.

Thanks!!

Can only help you with the first question. A crashpad is what they are looking for. They just want to know you'll be in base while on reserve. For the most part your full time at the pad and commute home when you can. I wouldn't plan on flying in your first day of reserve unless you have a 12:00 phone availability.

Don't know about the other stuff
