I was wondering if anyone had any information on Yahoo and if they have a flight department. If so, where are they based and what type of aircraft do they fly? I tried doing a little research and came up with nothing.

Yahoo is a takeover target for Microsoft. I probably would avoid Yahoo given that any private aircraft would be the first thing to go in an acquisition if it happens...

Terry Semel had his own G550, when he left he took his aircraft with him. My guess is that they charter or take Netjets now.

Are you saying this in general terms of a merger, or do you have the inside scoop on their operation and future plans?

If this a is a general, uninformed speculation; shame on you.

It's been all over CNBC and in the Journal. Welcome back to planet Earth.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. My comment was in reference of airplanes and pilot jobs disappearing in the event of a merger. I have yet to hear about Yahoo's corporate flight department dissolvement on CNBC or in the Journal. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Airplanes don't always disappear when big mergers take place, and uninformed speculation is foolish, IMHO.
