xojet interview failure question

I just recently finished an XOJet interview and was not offered a position.
They are very secretive and did not offer an explanation but did say that
I would be able to re-apply in 6 moths. Has anyone ever been to a second interview and offered a position? Not sure what my chances are.
I really wanted this sucker...blah...Still want it.

We have several guys on property who were not successful their first time around, and are doing great now.

Keep your head up, sorry it didn't work out the first time.

Since you most likely had an internal recommendation I would recommend you talk to him/her to see if he/she can find out why you were not picked. Then try to work on that reason, whatever it may be.

Hiring looks to be ongoing for the foreseeable future, so keep at it and good luck.

Is the internal Rec the only way to break that ice? I've been in their system for 6 yrs.
